Can I get pricing?
Yes. Tell us the date, what type of event you are planning and roughly how many people will be in attendance. From there, we’ll send the package options for your event.
A signed venue contract and a reservation fee hold your date. The reservation fee is non-refundable and it comes off your package, so it is not an extra cost.
Within 30 days of booking, clients are to provide event insurance for their event. Criteria for insurance is provided upon the time of reserving Langan Acres for your event.
How long do we have the venue?
Our wedding & day rate packages, the day is yours & the day before too! All wedding packages, the ceremony rehearsal is included. Remember how we love to minimize stress??? Giving you ample time at our venue is one way we reduce stress from the pressure of a time clock ticking.
Don’t need the day, don’t worry - we have Private Event Packages that serve as our hourly rate option. These are budget friendly packages for smaller gathers that don’t need extra time for lots of decorations, set-up & lengthy celebrations.
Music will be turned down by 10 p.m., off at 11 p.m. & all should head home by midnight.
Alcohol and outside food?
Alcohol is permitted with the enforcement of abiding by Florida Law.
Langan Acres is not responsible for consumption or actions caused by consumption of alcoholic beverages. Clients of Langan Acres are fully responsible for alcohol provided to them & their guests. We reserved the right to ask any client or guest to leave at any point in time if they are unruly, disrespectful, uncooperative or aggressive. Should intoxication prevent them from driving, it is our clients responsibility to make arrangements for someone non-intoxicated to drive them. Drugs & firearms are strictly prohibited from the property. Additional rules & regulations for use of property are in the venue contract.
Outside food & catering is permitted. Langan Acres does not provide catering ourselves or have a commercial kitchen on-site. We DO have amazing vendors we recommend through our preferred vendors list, which you’ll receive upon booking with us. However, you are not required to use them. You may hire vendors that are not on our list or make arrangements for food that suits the needs of your event. All food & beverage is subject to approval from Langan Acres.
“Reese”, Langan Acres Mobile Bar is a party all by herself. We set her up, provide a cooler, wine-fridge, open-face cooler & all the cuteness your guests can handle while you stock her with your beverages of choice. Hire a bartender or make her a walk-thru bar. You know your guests best, so you decide how to serve them.
Langan Acres & Langan Acres Mobile Bar does not provide, sell or serve alcoholic beverages. Neither are responsible for consumption. All guests drinking alcoholic beverages must be 21+ years of age.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes, and it is a starting point, not a requirement. Photographers, cakes, florists, DJs, officiants, caterers, hair and makeup, all people who have worked here before that we know, trust & love - and you will too!
All vendors must be approved by Langan Acres. Langan Acres reserves the right to deny any vendor or provider of goods or services at any time.
