What you are agreeing to

By giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Langan Acres about your booking. You can sign up on our Text Updates page.

What we send

• Venue tour confirmations and reminders
• Reservation and balance payment reminders
• Replies to questions you send us
• An automatic reply if we miss your call

We do not send marketing or promotional offers by text. We do not send third party advertising.

How often

Message frequency varies and depends on your booking. Most customers receive between one and four messages around a booked event.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Consent is optional

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking with us or of buying anything from us. You can book by phone or email instead.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. To start again, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website terms

What this site is

This website gives information about Langan Acres and lets you get in touch with us. We work to keep it accurate, but details such as pricing, packages, and availability can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it with you in writing.

Booking your event

Dates are booked first come, first served. We hold your date once we have a signed Venue Fee and Use Agreement and your reservation fee. Proof of event insurance follows within 30 days of booking.

All reservation fees and payments are non-refundable. The balance is paid on the schedule set out in your agreement, and a late fee applies to any payment made after its due date.

Our facility holds up to 150 guests. Your signed agreement, including its Rules and Conditions for Usage, governs your event and controls if anything on this website differs from it.

Event insurance

Every event requires liability and property damage insurance, including host liquor liability, of at least one million dollars. LANGAN ACRES LLC, Elizabeth Langan, and Adam Langan must be named as additional insured. Written proof is due within 30 days of booking, not 30 days before your event. We ask for it early on purpose, so it is handled before the rest of the planning starts. Your agreement has the full requirement.

Agritourism

Langan Acres is an agritourism operation. Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if the injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

The photographs, text, and marks on this site belong to Langan Acres LLC or to the photographers who made them. Please do not reuse them without asking us first.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from them belongs in a court of competent jurisdiction in Levy County, Florida.
