Our Venue

We’ve got the place, you bring the party.

We are a family owned and operated agricultural business, so the land is the venue: 100+ year old oaks, open-flowing spaces, and the tree farm as the backdrop. Let our space & hospitality collide with your vision & people to create unforgettable moments.

Before you ask

Common questions asked about the venue.

How do we hold our date?

A signed venue contract & a non-refundable reservation fee hold it, first come first served. The fee comes off your package: $500 for weddings & receptions, $250 for a day rate or a non-profit booking, $100 for a private event.

What time does the night end?

Alcohol is served between 10 in the morning and 11 at night. Music turns its volume down at 10pm & stops by 11pm. Everyone heads home by midnight. Anything left behind is picked up between 8 and noon the next morning, and no vehicles stay overnight without our okay.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes, and we do not sell it or pour it. No sales on the property, nobody under 21, and no shots or energy drinks. We can ask anyone to leave who is intoxicated or unruly, and a security guard may be required when alcohol is served.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Catering comes from our approved caterer list, or from a caterer we approve first. Everyone on that list carries the liability insurance we require & already knows the property. Your caterer handles their own set-up, breakdown & clean-up, and all trash goes to the designated areas at the end of the night.

Do we have to use your vendors?

No. Our preferred vendor list covers photographers, cakes, florists, DJs, officiants, food trucks, hair & makeup, and it is a starting point, not a rule. Caterers are the exception: those need our approval. You are responsible for sharing our guidelines with whoever you bring.

What is included with every rental?

Tables, chairs, restrooms & trash cans come with the rental unless we have said otherwise.

Do you provide a ceremony coordinator & sound?

You bring your own ceremony coordinator, officiant, ceremony music & sound system. The Live Oak Package is the one that includes a day-of coordinator from us.

What happens if we change or cancel the date?

Tell us in writing as soon as you know. We will try every way we can to move your reservation to the new date, but reservation fees & other fees are non-refundable & non-transferable, and any payments made to date are non-refundable.

Do you allow candles, pets or smoking?

No open flame anywhere on site, so flameless candles only. No pets, unless the pet is actually part of your event, and then we will talk about it. No smoking in the buildings, only in the designated areas, and we provide the ash buckets.
